VINEYARD: Seppeltsfield's Riesling hails from the 'Garden of Eden' vineyard in the Barossa's beautiful high country - The Eden Valley - and is located approximately 3KMs West from the township of Springton. The soils throughout the Eden Valley are strewn with rocky outcrops and gravels, giving rise to classic mineral structure and perfume. Elevations over 400m above sea level result in an extended ripening season and promote effortless natural balance and finesse. Vines were shoot-thinned, allowing for low yielding bunches which provide pristine juice.
