Quá trình sản xuất: The fruit was harvested in the cool of the night once ideal ripeness is achieved. Upon receival, the fruit is gently pressed and is lightly carbon fined. Once clarified, the juice is fermented at cool temperatures to retain aromatics. There is no oak contact, the intention is to put the fruit forward and produce a crisp and refreshing Pinot Grigio.
