Quá trình sản xuất: Machine harvested at night, the grapes are delivered to our winery where they are crushed and pressed. The juice is clarified before undergoing alcoholic and partial malolactic fermentation on oak staves at carefully controlled temperatures to ensure the retention of bright fresh fruit characters. The wine is then blended, stabilised and filtered ready for bottling.
