Delivery service is provided for receipts valued above VND 200.000, via the ‘AHAMOVE’ transportation application.

The delivery orders will be placed by ilovewines.vn itself.

DELIVERY FEE APPLIED BY ‘AHAMOVE’:

The first 4km: VND 22.000
Over 4km: VND 5.000/km
Adding more delivery spots: VND 5.000/spot

Please allow a processing time of between 02 – 24 hours.

Customers are welcomed to place their own order with either Ahamove or any other applications, in case the customer has already got his/her own account(s).

• Customer does not agree to pay the delivery fee applied by AHAMOVE.

II. WHOLESALE ORDERS

Delivery service for wholesale orders is provided for purchases of at least ONE case (of 12 bottles).

Outskirts of Hanoi / Other Cities / Provinces	We will deliver the products to the bus stop assigned by the customer. The customer is the one who makes an arrangement with the bus stop and pay the delivery fee his/herself.

 

Please allow a processing time of between 04 – 24 hours for Hanoi inner city; between 06 – 48 hours for outskirts of Hanoi / other cities / provinces.

Delivery may be denied if:

• Overload on the delivery schedule occurs
• The receiving address is not located within Hanoi city, and no alternative arrangements can be made or agreed upon.
• Customer has selected to pay by bank transfer, however the transaction has not been received by the accounting department.
• Customer has outstanding invoices unpaid with ilovewines.vn or any of its affiliated companies.
