Paxton 2021 Rosé combines Shiraz & Grenache, grown using the Paxton ‘smart farming’ program that focuses on soil health and biodiversity. The bright fruit characters are those of a healthy vineyard. Winemaker, Richard Freebairn, crafted this wine to be crisp, flavoursome and refreshing. A delicious rosé with pretty rose petal notes and refreshing raspberry aromas.
