Description

The Price’s No. 6 is an innovative and rare red blend combining the best of ripe velvety Malbec and fruit-rich Alicante, grown in the same vineyard in McLaren Vale. This limited release is light and bright on the palate. The soft and juicy Alicante is complimented by the rich Malbec flavours of ripe red and black fruits. This is the perfect year-round red. Best served lightly chilled.

Color: Purple red hues with light edges.

Nose: Slightly perfumed with fragrant red fruits.

Palate: Cherry notes, with some smooth savoury touches.

Cellaring: A medium-length leads to a semi-dry finish with nicely balanced acid, making it a very approachable drink-now wine. Best served lightly chilled.

Pair with: Roast pork, Veal and prosciutto meatballs, Argentinian-style roast beef, chorizo, pepper & prawn paella.
