Description

Palate: A lush palate of white peach, nectarine and subtle butterscotch flavours with a creamy, smooth texture and lingering acid.

Suggested Cuisine:
Roast chicken with butter & creamy mashed potato.
Creamy Lobster Linguine.

Winemaking: Machine harvested at night, the grapes are delivered to our winery where they are crushed and pressed. The juice is clarified before undergoing alcoholic and partial malolactic fermentation on oak staves at carefully controlled temperatures to ensure the retention of bright fresh fruit characters. The wine is then blended, stabilised and filtered ready for bottling.
