Description
AROMAS
Fresh and fruity with hints of lychee, paw paw, passionfruit and musk.
TASTE
Perfectly sweet, with crunchy apple acidity and a long crisp finish. Flavours of apple juice, musk and orange blossom.

WINEMAKING
A classic blend of White Frontignac and Muscat Gordo Bianco, which were harvested in the cool of the night, on the 6th February and 9th March 2020 respectively, and transported to the Calabria Family Wines Brayne Road Riverina winery for processing. Upon receival, the single vineyard parcels were immediately crushed, destemmed and gently pressed in pneumatic bag presses with the Muscat Gordo Bianco undertaking a 24 hour cold soak prior to extract maximum flavour. A portion of the White Frontignac juice was sterile filtered post clarification, to be stored in tank, as juice, for use as the sweetening component in the later blend. Once the numerous ferments were completed, the Muscat wine parcels were blended with the Muscat juice parcels to create the final Moscato blend, before bottling in November.
