Crisp, summer berry flavours with classic savoury notes echo through the palate to make this a fashionable Rosé.
ENJOY
With crispy pan-seared salmon paired with fried cauliflower and whipped fetta.
WINEMAKING
The fruit is harvested in the cool of the night and delivered to the winery for processing. The juice is clarified and fermented at cool temperatures before being mixed on light yeast lees to build texture on the palate.
IDEAL DRINKING
Best enjoyed fresh or will age for up to 2 years.
